Anytime I buy from a seller with a ton of bad feedback I ignored, I always regret it. I read the description and knew it came refurbed w/o box which was fine, but the printer was banging around inside the box when I got it… I opened it and its very poorly packaged one of the ink bottles had burst all over the printer…looks like ink is now in the scanner/on the screen/circuitry. I contacted the seller who told me to request a return so I did- no response or label sent. Buy elsewhere.
