There was a problem with shipping/packing. In one box the toy soldiers [gun crew] were all massed together at one end of box though the foam packing did have slots for them: some scratches, no breakage. In the second box the Gatling Gun was broken: barrel broke off, several small pieces of metal--in a box that had been loosely packed. In short, poor packing of fragile items o careless handling by shipper? Unfortunate. JH $14.00 shipping seemed high given condition on arrival.

Buyer did not contact us at all - just left negative feedback, we are requesting a revised feedback. Our items are always packed carefully in new store bought boxes, all seams are double taped - this is evidenced by our other 878 positive reviews complimenting us on these exact points. We would be happy to address the buyer's concerns but in the end, if the carrier is incredibly rough with a package how much of that is fairly in our control? Happy to work out a solution but this is not our fault
