      They said "We bought this new and ended up not needing it" It came poorly packaged, without documentation or a power supply. How can it be tested if there is no way to power it up. If it was new and ended up not needed then why weren't the peripherials included? Which leads one to wonder if it is indeed functional. No wonder he said returns not accepted. Because if it doesn't work he'll get it back and I'll get a refund. Count on it.
