I received a product that smelled like cigs so bad I couldn’t keep it in my house along with the fact that it had looked used. It had fingerprints on it it had some food particles with water marks as if somebody had tried to wash away the fact that they used it.  then the seller had the audacity not to apologize  but to reach out to tell me that would be a restocking fee as he doesn’t usually take returns?  like it was my fault he shipped me an item that looked used….

This buyer has been harassing me and threatening me by phone continuously while threatening to leave very bad feedback if I did not give her a better deal on the product after she already received it. This is not fair and against the law! She started sending lies in messages so I sent a refund mailing label to try and just get her to go away and now she is still calling and left lies as bad feedback. This should never be allowed!

Item was as described. Package was opened to varify quality and be sure no defects as well as charged battery for customer. Pictures clearly show item opened and working with no problems. Item was new as described. Buyer also never tried to contact concerning any issue. Item was also shipped 3 days ahead of schedule and within 2 hours of purchase. Feedback unfair and not trueful.
