The top fin was a little bent due to shipping, but it was easily bent back and doesn't effect performance. The title is a little misleading, because it doesn't have any RGB so, I wouldn't classify it as a "gaming" cooler. But, product was new, came with thermal paste preapplied and it keeps my i7-3770 under 75C when running Cineabench R23. So, overall great cooler for the price and would recommend. Although it did take over a 8 days for it to be delivered.
