I'm giving this 5 stars because of how the seller dealt with a significant problem. I ordered a package of 10 lb Berkley X5 braid fishing line but the delivered package contained a spool of 8 lb Eagle Claw monofilament.
I contacted the seller & explained the problem & said I didn't think I should have to pay to return the item. After they verified what I was saying they immediately canceled the order & refuned my purchase price exactly how this situation should be handled.

The customer service was wonderful from the seller. The item I received was listed as new but I received one that had been used, scraped up and broken. I messaged them about it and they issued a refund within the same day. It's unfortunate that the item was bad, but the seller was great to work with. I am unsure if the seller was completely aware of the products they are selling and the condition of them, but they were helpful and polite
