As I was going through a terrible loss, this person's auction ended. I let them know that my mother was in the hospital after having suffered a severe stroke. She didn't survive. The hospital was 3 hours away from my home. Yes, the item shipped several days late. I apologized to this buyer. I didn't know I could have cancelled the sale, and I should have as ebay auctions weren't the priority. Thanks for reminding me that there are people in this world completely lacking in empathy for others.
