    1994 Ford F150

    Researched and found out that fit my truck even though ebay said it didnt. Back two holes (one on each side) lined up. Had to drill four other holes in the frame. The forward (towards the front of the truck) part of the trailer hitch was outside the truck frame. Used a come along to pull each side back into alignment with the frame and then drilled holes in the frame. Did not have to modify the bumper nor the tire carrier.
