Placed an order and seller didn’t ship it until I reached out in almost a week. Somehow seller managed to ship it to the wrong address. They attempted to redirect the package and tracking did list it with address corrected. A week later, FedEx showed the picture of package arrived at the wrong house. I was ok with no refund as long as I can get another package. Seller refused to send a new one and would to charge $10 more for a new purchase. This not acceptable. Will never buy from this seller
