Item sold as new but is definitely not new. Tried contacting seller, but no response over 4 calendar days.
Asked to return and refund as it was sold under false advertisement.
Original box is in rough shape, with a lot of packing tape on the edges. You can see the previous preload assist label on the box as well.
There is a light smell of mint/menthol coming from the item as well.
Do not recommend seller for falsely advertising item and not responding to questions.
