The material of the giraffe is very thick and smooth, the perfect texture for teething babies to chew on and get relief. Although, the giraffe's shape can be hard for my 4 month old to chew on. The rump is a bit too large for her mouth, her options are basically the hooves, mouth, and ears. The hooves are a little big and kinda hard so she chews on just the ears, which is hard for her to do since her motor skills are at a 4 month old level. I probably wouldnt buy it for my next child, I would try buying a different shaped animal.

It’s a cute item, but not sure it’s authentic like the ones I saw in Target. But it’s okay for the price.

Our three month old grandson loves this girafe baby teether. It's very easy for a little one to hold on to and even better to chew on. It squeaks and baby laughs. It's high quality and a great purchase!

I don’t care what the news said. Don’t put this thing in your bath tub. It will be ok. I used it for both of my kids. They loved it. Yeah, it squeaks kinda on the louder side. Especially at places like church. But it hits all the areas in the mouth a pacifier or big frozen ring can’t really reach. Our puppy got to ours. So I finally cut her open to see what the fuss was about. Nothing. Clean on the inside. And I had her for over two years. Sad to see her go.

Sophie is easy for four month old to hold - by leg or neck. It is durable when chewed. It is cute. The squeaker is not loud and not easily activated - so not annoying. The price is high compared to other teething toys.
