Our A/C unit was used, sold a. The internal filter was caked with dust/hair, and the air tube was disgusting. Reached out to the seller and they refused to compensate with the price and made excuses for the air tube being dirty while refusing to address the internal filter.
But alas, we had an A/C outage, and with temps in the 100s we were unable to send back.
Great shipping speed, and the A/C unit does work nicely after a top-to-bottom cleaning. Bad seller, wouldn't recommend.
