Product was sealed and had everything in it in the description. Upon arrival it was torn at the bottom and the seal that comes with the tip was removed. Seller did try to refund but I’m just over it.

Would you please remove this negative feedback. The seal must have fallen out after the plastic bubble pulled away from the cardboard. The missing piece was NOT intentionally removed.
