When the computer arrived it had issues. It had a bad bios battery and an old version of Windows 10 that needed a product key. Per the seller's description the only problem with the computer was the trackpad. I contacted the seller immediately to let him know the issues. The seller responded very quickly. He was extremely apologetic for the issues and inconvenience. He was very easy to work with and together we came up with a solution. I would definitely do business with him again.
