The seller Laurie was only too happy to answer my questions before I purchased and was extremely knowledgeable and very polite, item is installed and working great, the seller is using a major online retailer as his supplier, so postage is payed to the retailer who then forwards the item to the buyer making a small profit, it is not a speedy service, regardless I am happy with my purchase and the seller and would purchase again.

Having read some of the feedback on here before purchase, I could see that this wasn't going to be an overnight dispatch. Just think before leaving your feedback though. Laurie is building these PC's to order, from specs he rotates into stock. If you could supply/ build one more quickly, you wouldn't have clicked to purchase? Genuine Ebayer, with informed communication & although took 9 days to get to myself from purchase, considering the spec, compared to price. Well worth the monies spent. 5*s
