    Very entertaining

    Of course, being a Belisario production, many times reality as in military or legal procedures take a back seat to drama and entertainment. That being said, many of us forgive him for all that he got very right. I love this series, warts and all. I highly recommend it. Word to the wise; after the initial release of the special edition box set in 2012, it appears the collectible metal Jag challenge coin was scaled back to a cardboard one covered with gilt foil. Also the booklet was missing from mine. Paramount would not return my call. I suspect later sets are missing it akso. Still, I love the series and especially the 56th disc of extras.

    Worth the money, would be worth more if closed caption option was available

    I really like watching JAG; however, the music is ALWAYS too loud and it's difficult to hear the people speak. I really DON'T understand why producers think they have to have such overbearing music, so that the voices are inaudible. It's for that reason that I like the captions turned on. This DVD set does NOT have options like other DVD's, such as "closed captioning," scene selection, etc. Mr. Rob, do you have ANY collector set that DOES have the captioning option?? {lease let me know because if you DO have one I would like to exchange mine for a set that has the closed captioning option.

    Wonderful series

    JAG is a wonderful series. It is intelligently written, and for the most part, accurate in portrayal. The cast is excellent and captivating. JAG is a wonderful addition to your DVD collection.
