Seller listed item as new when they were in fact open box. Then the seller sent me some cheap Samsung earbuds instead of the Sony earbuds that I ordered. Then the seller tells me that they had already sold the Sony earbuds that I purchased. Seller received returned earbuds 2 business days ago and has gone radio silent. I still have have not received my refund. I have asked eBay to help me get my money back. Been buying off eBay for years and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.
