    It's rugged for better and worse. It's a bit scuffed. The blade has stain marks on it and the hand guard has some blemishes. Although the knife feels solidly constructed, I don't like the grip as much as the wooden-handled knives on offer. This one feels too small to firmly grasp in one's fist.
