The earrings were packed in an envelope and the stud pin arrived completely squeezed in Switzerland, where I live! The seller accused me of lies, as she does not ship internationally! I am not used to be doubted or treated as a liar, it's a shame! She always wraps earrings in an envelope! How careless and rude, not even a partial refund or an excuse, it's appalling!
