This mount on this mirror didn't match the mounting button on my '70 Ranchero windshield (The one on the mirror is a larger "Wedge" shaped mount, and the one on my windshield is a smaller long "D" shaped mount). And I didn't notice the difference in your photos. All is not lost though, this will work for my '06 Mustang which also needs a rear view mirror. Thanks for fast shipping
