It’s very good. It could have been perfect.
I wanted to try a watch that gets time from GPS satellites and as I’d been satisfied buying a refurbished watch from this seller, and the price was as low as I’d seen, I bought this one. I wish I’d gotten the one with green on black color rather than this blue on black: it’s not easy to read in poor lighting and I suspect the green is easier. White on black or black on white or silver would have been better, but those seem limited to expensive Citizen watches sold only in Japan. I knew from the description that this watch has a mineral-glass crystal rather than sapphire, and that’s a sad thing given that the list price of a new one is about US$800. Mine got its first tiny scuff in under a week: I should have expected that. I took the watch to a jeweler and after trial and error they ended ... I wanted to try a watch that gets time from GPS satellites and as I’d been satisfied buying a refurbished watch from this seller, and the price was as low as I’d seen, I bought this one. I took the watch to a jeweler and after trial and error they ended up removing four of the full-sized links from the band and the watch fits comfortably, despite no micro-adjustment. It’s a big watch but it’s fine on my roughly 7-inch wrist. Get the one with the green markings, try not to damage the crystal, and if you want a watch that’s in sync with the official time, anywhere in the world where GPS works, you’ll have it at probably the lowest price for a like-new one. It’s a pity that Citizen doesn’t seem to make a GPS-synchronized watch with more-classic looks, better legibility, and a sapphire crystal, but this is what’s available and with this seller you can have it on the relatively cheap.
