The item, a Ninja blender top, was sent in a plastic bag the same size as the top with no padding. Of course, it broke in transit. When I reviewed suppliescompany, the seller's record, they had a history of selling these Ninja tops that arrived broken and/or dirty. Further, they did not respond to my inquiries. PayPal stepped in after a week and issued a refund. The seller did nothing!! After 250+ purchases on eBay over 25 years, this is the first negative review I have had to make.
