Although the item was severely damaged by the post office and pursuing a claim with them is so tedious.; the painting was not packed very well and was not marked fragile. The seller didn’t offer to refund, so I’m out the money. I don’t like to leave negative feedback but in this case the seller could have done a better job making sure that it was properly protected. I have received many fragile items purchased on eBay. Some shipped overseas and never had a damaged glass or porcelain item.
