    Easy pasta!

    These discs allow the use of the KitchenAid food grinder. to be used to make pasta. Simply mix up your favorite recipe, and when ready, feed it into the food grinder using the appropriate disc (in place of the meat discs). Cut to length as it is extruded (recommended) or on a cutting board later (tho that may pinch the pasta closed). Toss in boiling salted water for a minute or two, and you'll have great fresh pasta! The storage tube (on the left tin the picture) also helps to push the dough into the food grinder. Or is it the food pusher also stores the discs? Whatever! :^)

    Takes practice

    I need to work on dough consistency before I condemn the product, but so far it has been extremely difficult to separate the noodles when they extrude. I've made 3 batches so far and have the same problem each time. Next time I'll use a little more flour and hope for improvement.
