I definitely feel more flexible and my posture has improved. It was nice to see someone 65 in such good shape and you don't have to kill yourself doing these exercises. And 4 workouts only 30 minutes each. Perfect! I've bought many exercise dvd's and this is the only one I look forward to doing everyday. I'm 59 this year. I ran every day until I hurt my knee. Yoga was very difficult because most of what you do puts pressure on your knees. This is a great video. Highly recommend.

This video by Miranda Esmonde-White is OK, but it's not what I was expecting. When I saw a clip of one of her videos on PBS, I thought this would be a nice way for me to improve my flexibility, health, etc. The bit I saw on TV showed people of various ages, body types, and abilities, so I thought this would be good for all fitness levels. Maybe what she did in that class was a different program that what she does on this video. I watched through the video before trying any of the exercises. She does not provide modifications for any of the exercises she demonstrates. At one point in the Posture portion of the video, as she is demonstrating a move, she says something like 'you can use a chair for balance if you need to, but you won't get the benefit of working the muscles needed for balance.' Really? If I were as flexible as she is, and if didn't have problems with my posture and balance, I wouldn't need this video! I do not think this is meant for beginners or for people who are very out of shape...or people cannot already twist themselves into pretzels. Read full review

Although these workouts were produced in 2014 the info is timeless. The instructor starts slow and gradually increases the energy then backs off towards the end. Very nice to be able to target certain goals such as weight loss or posture improvement. It is nice to have some quick =30 minute workouts= and a long one hour workout for days when you have more time. Overall a good value for excellent trainings.
