Excellent timer to use when you are doing HIIT cycles or just an all around timer as you are in the gym or doing aerobic exercises!!!! I can set up how many cycles I want very quickly!! I was trying to use my smart phone as a timer but was unable to set and forget! This timer can be set and it will continue with the counting for all the sets you program..
