Item new (old-stock Lionel) as described. Shipped very fast at low cost $8 for distance it went. Extremely well packaged with all new oversized box and peanuts and bubble wrap, so I don't know how vendor made much money on this transaction. Vendor definitely respected this very vintage, new-old stock Lionel item enough to protect it from any damage. Very satisfied with this vendor's responsible packaging and pricing.
