This video was very true to the book and extremely enjoyable. We used it as a "reward" for our middle school classs after they read the book. We teachers enjoyed it too - it appeals to many generations. Since we were seriously affected by Hurricane Charlie several years ago, a lot of the aftermath issues were the same as we'd lived through - it started some good discussion and let the students realize that others had lived through what they had experienced (even though this was a fictional account).This video was very true to the book and extremely enjoyable. We used it as a "reward" for our middle school classs after they read the book. We teachers enjoyed it too - it appeals to many generations.
