Sometimes th eolder model is the best, this is one of those times
This the previous version of the Brewstation. I've owned and loved the convenience of this design for over 10 years. When that Brewstation needed to be replaced I bought the newest version only to find that the keep warm function boiled the taste out of the coffee and the manufacturer said that's the way they all work. I decided to buy try this brand new, old model and it works perfectly. The coffee is prepared quickly and at a strength I decide. It dispenses the coffee quickly and splash-free, the keep warm function keeps the coffee at the right temperature without boiling it to death. This older version is a superior product to its successor in every way except filling the reservoir, but that's a minor inconvenience when it comes to getting a good cup of coffee.This the previous version of the Brewstation. Works okay but not good for small kitchens
The cabinets in my kitchen are low and I find it inconvenient to have to pull the unit to the edge of the counter in order to remove the basket and the reservoir. I'm going back to using a carafe type coffee maker.

Convenient, brews a great pot of coffee, stays hot, auto off selection
I've had a Brew-Master before, & loved it so when the seal wore out, I got another. This one was an updated model which has a few options the last one didn't have. The only thing I don't like in this model is when the pot shuts off after the designated time, or it is accidentally shut off, you can't just turn it back on. You have to add water. To add water you have to remove the coffee receptacle, & it is really hot. You just add a tiny bit of water & it will stop beeping & you can turn it back on. It's a good safety feature, but on the older model you added water to the back of the unit, not the bottom. So water could be added with out any hassle. Still a great machine with just two flaws
I've been using this specific coffeemaker forever. This is my third purchase. The new one is much slimmer and doesn't hold has much coffee, and my travel mug doesn't fit in this one. Other than that we love it.
