The description of material used, ends with 3F. The seller states everyone knows 3F means 3 feet. Not me, and especially when linked to describing the metal. At first the seller indicated to “look into a refund”.
After a few messages, which now I feel was stonewalling, has ceased communicating. His position, it is all my fault. I feel partial refund would have been fair, but wasn’t given the chance to discuss. Poor customer service is why I am giving one star.
