Item packaged in just a bubble poly-mailer bag. And had been either dropped or crushed in usps shipping process. The transformer was received damaged by the carrier which could have been avoided by better packaging for shipping. But the total price I paid with free shipping was very low, so I understand why the shipping packaging was lower quality to save costs. I was given a full refund immediately and did not have to return the transformer since it was already damaged.
