The faucet is in perfect condition and is priced fairly. The faucet was packaged well and shipped quickly.
The listing however states “Valve included: Yes”. When it did not arrive I reached out and was told it shipped with everything that it would from Kohler. While this is true, the item description is misleading. The seller did not reply further after I made them aware of the discrepancy and the only response was “you’ll have to buy the rough in valve to make it work.” Good deal, not great.
