I notified the seller, who promptly offered a full refund, but not to return the product. After looking the item over, I figured I might be able to repair the electrical issue, which I was able to do. For which, the seller and I settled on a partial refund. Win-win situation. The seller did not lose out completely, and I have a working unit. A++++
