The good: Product inside box is new and functions as it should. The not so good: Said it was in NJ, but came from CA. Double boxing would have been nice considering bought as brand new; product box a bit beat up from 3000 mile trip. Also, a simple "Hey, thanks for your purchase" "Hope it arrived ok" type of communication would have been appreciated seeing how it was a $500 plus transaction after tax. BTW, I would have paid extra for double boxing.

    This pickup installed in a Harpsicle Harp is AMAZING!

    This pickup is certainly a great addition. I purchased it for and installed it in my daughter's Harpsicle harp. The installation was not difficult though it did cause her some anxiety for her daddy to be drilling holes in her beloved instrument. But the installation is straightforward and easy. Some things to be mindful of are location of the input jack/pre-amp. Her harp being relatively small does not permit the installation in just any spot or instrument face. And the pickup was attached near the center of the soundboard. I was not certain where it would produce the best sound, but this location worked wonderfully and the sound through a small 20 watt Line-6 Spyder guitar amp is amazingly huge. Her small harp now sounds like a fullsized and full voiced instrument with tremendous ...
