Seller was incredibly kind, willing to answer my [many] questions, and deal with several delays. I could not speak any more highly of this experience, it was all one could hope for on eBay. I contacted the seller and explained he had shipped these with an open package missing the hardware to install the pegs. This was not listed in the description. Seller mentioned I should read description more closely. This ended up with me spending $38 additional dollars to get the hardware because you can find the chrome blots needed online or being sold separately and the seller admitted that. He offer return ,one thing he never offer discounted for their error that cost me $38 more $$$$$!
