1st UPS shipment seems to have been lost but not seller's fault. Seller actually notified me before I found out about it. Seller quickly offered me an option to choose a full refund or to reship the item. I wanted the item so I chose the reshipment option. Seller shipped to me right away and I just received it and love the item. I must say, I wish every SELLER on EBAY should follow this sellers example. I would say, even though UPS messed up, this seller Exceeded my expectations! The Best!
