Hi – one of these four glasses arrived broken. We have a video of opening the package and immediately notified the seller of the damage, requesting a $20 refund since there were 4 glasses for $80. The seller responded with acceptance / agreement. However, we have not seen the refund after following up multiple times. We’ll open a claim with eBay for resolution.
