I came out of this deal positively despite my purchase not working. The seller answered my query in an appropriate timeframe, offered to have it returned and then even went so far as to just refund me without return of package. I mean what was the use of him/her paying for postage when the device was heading for the trash anyway. I thought this truly remarkable customer service.
