I really had high hopes for this "peel", I have been having issues with texture on my chin area and around my nose, I had finally gotten my skin clear enough to use something like this so I looked up which product was the best for this issue and found great reviews and articles about this product. I was first surprised to find that there was no safety seal, and I looked up unboxing videos to see whether this was normal and apparently all of them come just in a box, wrapped in plastic, but with no peel away seal. I was also sad to see that the pads are barely even wet, especially the ones on top. I pulled out the first pad and applied it all over, and it was basically like rubbing alcohol going on and similar in scent. It felt a little stingy, but nothing major. I waited and waited for it ... So i decided maybe the "peel" was referring to my skin itself, and perhaps my top layer of skin would peel off in the next day or so, but that never happened either. I used it about 8 times and all it did was dry my skin out severely, and cause large irritated patches covered in teeny red bumps and itched like crazy. It made my skin feel like sand paper, so I guess that could be classified as "re-textured" , but not in a good way at all. Areas that had never in my life had breakouts were suddenly red, and bumpy, and felt horribly rough.I have stopped using it for 4 days now and have tried to fix the dry, rough problems and have used the best moisturizer I could find, and exfoliator (both chemical and manual), a spinning face brush, and masks, and still cannot get the sand paper feeling or the bumps to ease up and start to get better. I regret using this so much, and I don't even have sensitive skin. It did nothing but make my issues way way worse, and added more problem areas.

I bought this to help with the dark circles under my eyes. I am using an eye moisturizer after I use one of the peel pads. I was pretty surprised at how quickly, within a few days of use, that my skin started showing results. I am using it as directed on the package and it is really making a difference on my skin. I've purchased ANew clinical Advanced Retexturizing Peel and it has done wonders for my skin. I have very sensitive skin, anything and everything breaks me out and after the break outs my skin appears to have many dark spots all over my face. Once i've broke out so bad that i use to cover my face with a bandana and take leave of abscenses off my job do to my skin was very unsightly and i was too embarrassed to be seen out and about. I use it twice a week to give my skin time to adjust and also between uses i use a skin exfoliating buff pad i got from walmart to aid in washing my face with my acne wash and this seems to help my new layer of skin to appear clear of acne and unclogged between applications. I think this is a great product because i've seen skin specialists over and over again through out the years, spent thousands of dollars, took pills and creams they prescribed for me and none of them has ever worked. ANEW Clinical only costed me a tiny fraction of what my doctor bill has costed and now i only hope this product stays around so that i can continue to have clear and healthy skin.

I researched glycolic pads before bidding and these are rated very well. I couldn't believe I could buy them new on eBay for only $6.99 + s/h! What a bargain! They made my face tingle when I first used them. Produced very smooth skin - easy for moisturizer & make-up to go on afterwards. They are at least 30% glycolic acid.
