The seller was very kind & responded to my emails immediately.. however, this brow pencil is not the same ABH Brow Wiz that you get from ABH, Ulta or Sephora. The seller did inform me they were ones that didn't pass QA inspection, but I ordered a new one via Ulta & not only is the brow spoolie different in size, the color "Taupe" in this pencil is more Auburn. The color is off. I do appreciate the seller being honest. And the shipping was fast & packaged well!
