The pieces themselves are in great condition. I think that there are a few that were replacements or something is up with the colors (gray v. bluish gray). I was a bit disappointed that are a few stickers missing, which I will have to figure out how to replace. The box and instructions were in good condition. S&H were okay. Not much protection for the box or pieces themselves. But, happy to have the set.
