Item was described as being New w/ Original Packaging. However had NO Original Packaging but was packed in 2 Menard's boxes with thin bubble wrap around the 50lbs smoker & all of the part lose inside the unit. The inside took a beating from having lose parts inside with no packing & exterior damage.
It seems to have all of the parts, but the manuals and warranty paper work are all missing.
Repeatedly contacted the seller and I kept getting a runaround about pic of original packaging...
