Dispatch time 3-5 working days. Had to chase after the 5th day but once it was posted, I received the next day. Model of freezer received was different to the images on listing but a genuine mistake that is understandable with items that have been donated. Thanks to excellent communication and customer service from Clara it was resolved without issue. Item was in perfect condition and packaged really well. We had to collect from the depot and the guys there were very helpful loading it into the car. Great customer service all round and would definitely recommend buying from this store.
