OMG! Where do I start!? Seller sent package quickly, but it arrived trashed. UPS is a horrible choice, as they placed something heavy on top and damaged the unit. I cannot blame the seller. She was concerned when I mentioned it was damaged and refunded me immediately. Pictures were sent and resolved right away. A+ ebayer.
