The mill is in practically perfect condition - very clean, too - even the cord looks unused. It works great, too! Shipping was very fast and the packaging was incredible! It was shipped in its own box wrapped in butcher paper, then bubble wrapped and nestled between foam with cardboard on top! Thanks for the extra care! Communication was also top notch.
