The seller folded and cabled-tied the hose with kinks to fit it into a smaller box for postage. The hose remained in this state for the whole month that delivery took. Even though the hose is reinforced, it has now lost its flexibility at the points where it was folded and immediately kinks at these points when attempting to flex the hose. Luckily, I only intend to use shorter lengths of the total length that I purchased, so I can discard those areas at a loss, otherwise I would be returning it.

Mounting stem hardware problems.
The shock itself is great and of good quality. The problem I had was with the mounting stem; the threads of the nuts (2) and both ends of the stem itself had excessive electro-plating on them and would not thread together without galling. I had to use taps and dies to rethread them before I could assemble the stabilizer. That, in and of itself, took some of the shine off an otherwise very good steering stabilizer. Until corrected, you will need a 7/16"-20 TPI tap and die and also a 1/2"-20 TPI tap and die to rethread (chase) the parts. Pity the poor person that does not have the necessary tooling to accomplish this. I hope his review is helpful to anyone considering this part. Cool stabilizer
Overall great part but bolts didn’t fit my 2004 Wrangler X. I had to use old bolts from my old stabilizer and I had to run down to the local hardware store to buy another bolt shim or spacer to mount the shock.
