I just bought this pc for 50 bucks including shipping. I honestly can't recommend it enough. I am yet to actually use it, but I have opened it up and found it very clean and all the parts were there. The only thing is that it is a 9020, not a 7020. It's not that big of a deal just know that its not a 7020. Oh and it doesn't come with a power cable but that's also not a huge deal. 100% recommend!
