Contacted the seller after the package didn't arrive on time, I was asked to wait a bit longer. A week later and still nothing, and no tracking updates so I tried to cancel the order. Another week later the item arrived and I was charged back again for the item after already being refunded. This was NOT free shipping. If the shipping was free I could understand a little leeway on arrival time, but 3 weeks is a bit much even for free shipping.
