Product was not new as described.... controllers were missing the battery covers on both controllers and one controller was rattling....plastic was busted.....when asked for return and refund of item seller was quick to accuse me of wanting to swap something out? Not sure what I am gaining by sending back exactly what I was sent and now im inconvenienced of having to find another product like this one for my kids that really is new in the box....I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything
