Item description showed "New", however when I received it, it was not in the box. It was wrapped well, but not in the original box. I called, they directed me back to the description, and while it said "new" twice in the info, at the very bottom of the page it did say "no box". I expect a new item to be in the box, but apparently this company doesn't do it that way??? While I wanted to return it, it is a retired piece. I wanted the box because it's a gift. Won't buy anything else from there.

Works Great - But Make Sure to Factor In Cost of Memory Card.
We bought this product as an Xmas gift for my mother-in-law who does not want to ever use a computer. This was a perfect way for her to see pictures of her grand child. Now while this device was really reasonable priced, the memory card was expensive and cost almost as much as the unit itself. Had I know it was a card and not a memory stick I would have not bought it (although this seller clearly stated it was a memory card). A card cost $23 for the same memory where a stick is only $8. Good Starter Frame.
Bought this product mainly for the size and reasonable price. Overall it works good and shows the photos clearly. Some higher quality color photos will not show but their b/w counterparts come through perfectly. Could possibly resize them and try again. Instructions are basically non-existent useless. No USB port can be a problem plus a remote would be nice. Good starter frame!

Great Picture frame for the Price
Very Good item for the Price. The Frame is missing a few Bells and Whistles compared to some of the other models out there but for the price, this frame does everything it is advertised to do. The picture quality is great. The Navigation system is a little difficult to understand but after a little trial and error, you'll figure it out.
